Inserve Technology is a system integrator focused on mission critical server and software infrastructure, the heart of the information services that always have to be online.
We’re focussing on areas where we can create value with experience, references and best practices:
- Identity Management. How do we manage the employee lifecycle (hiring, promoting, firing & mergers)? How do we handle roles and access rights in a consistent way across systems? How do we save 30% by offloading the help desk or meet the demands of regulations like Sarbanes-Oxley? Identity Management is a fundamental part of any IT infrastructure.
- Information Management. How do we store our most valueable information? How can we know that it’s correct and always available? How do we stop information and data growing uncontrollable? In this area we’re working with database consolidation, data warehouse and business intelligence but also disaster recovery, backup and archiving.
- Infrastructure Management. How do we build the server and storage infrastructure to meet the demand for availability and performance? How can we at the same time grow and lower the ongoing cost? Here we focus on architecture, server and storage virtualizing , consolidation and optimizing management of large environments.
We want to assure measurable business value and minimized risk by engagement throughout the process:

From assessment of the current state and demands from the business, through the creation of an architecture to meet those demands to building a complete solution. We’ll also help our customers to assure that they meet SLAs and manage their environment effectively (ex according to ITIL).
Since the company was founded in 1999, it has grown organically and profitable and worked together with large companies like AstraZeneca, Fortum, ICA, SKF and Volvo as well as universities and smaller, fast growing, companies. Inserve have 30 employees at offices in Gothenburg, Malmö and Stockholm.
